CWU NW Regional Mental Health Network and unionsafety Supports Your Mental Health

This year's Mental Health Awareness Week has just begun, and all week, these mental health network pages from the CWU's North West Region, and with the support of the Union's Health & Safety Policy Adviser, Jamie McGovern and NW Regional H&S Lead Mark Holt; will be providing you with advice, support, and information so you can help both your own, and your colleagues mental health.

This is key to seeking help and to support and help those you know, and don't YET know who are struggling with mental ill-health, and both
e-Libraries on this website will provide information, campaign information, advice, policy initiatives; and to help remove the stigma attached still to seeking help and letting a friend, family member, and/or employer know of your struggles.
